We strive to maintain high service availability, but we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely effective against all forms of cyber threats. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY You agree not to use our services to: - Conduct, facilitate, or participate in illegal activities. - Launch cyberattacks, scan for vulnerabilities, or attempt to compromise other systems without authorization. - Distribute malware, phishing content, or engage in deceptive practices. - Impersonate any person or entity. - Violate the rights of third parties or interfere with the operation of our infrastructure. - Perform any form of unauthorized DDoS testing, stress testing, or use our platform or shield infrastructure as a load tester. - Spam our systems, such as by creating fake accounts, duplicate accounts, support spam, or other types of similar behavior, and you agree to use our platform in a normal manner. 4. FAIR USE, UNMETERED PROTECTION, AND EDGE STABILITY We offer unmetered protection based on a fair usage concept. This does not mean free or low-tier plans can persistently push terabytes of sustained traffic or saturate network links in a manner that abuses resources. We reserve the absolute right to drop-route, rate-limit, or suspend a host or account immediately if traffic patterns cause harm to our edge platform, disrupt other users, or violate the principles of fair advantage. 5. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENTS If you subscribe to paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed via third-party providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, and we will provide reasonable notice of such changes. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, software, and technology provided as part of our Services are the property of Global Secure Web or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your business or personal purposes as permitted by these Terms. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Secure Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: - Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services. - Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. - Any conduct or content of any third party using our services. Our total liability for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
